Trading Hours
We normally work from 8 am to 7 pm on week days and 9 am to 6 pm on weekends. This is a typical summer timetable, however, in winter we might start a little bit late and finish early. You can always contact us anytime via our contact page or send us a message on 0412 911 365 outside of our trading hours or contact us to check our availability.
Tools
We use our own cleaning equipment and chemicals as required for the job.
Rescheduling or Cancelling Cleaning Service
For any reason, if you need to reschedule or cancel clean, give at least a day notice, we try our best to accommodate you. The cleaning service can be cancelled by giving a 1 week written notice.
Access to the Property
You agree to provide us access for cleaning, this includes keys, alarm codes, swipe cards etc or alternatively making sure some adult can provide us access to the premises while we come for cleaning.
Fees and Payments
We quote for the whole job and we will not be able to give a precious quotation over the internet or phone. For some jobs, we might need to attend the job site to prvide you the quote.
We may increase the price should the scope of cleaning change from what was originally agreed.
Change of Cleaner
You agree that the allocated cleaner may change at any time, however, if this happens, we will notify you in advance.
Incidents
We are insured with Public Liability Insurance. Any damage must be reported in writing by you within 24 hours.
