End of Lease Clean Checklist
- clean the cobwebs inside and outside the house/appartment
- get rid of dusts from inside of the light fittings and wipe them if required
- clean the aircon, dryer and dish washer filters and the top of the ceiling fans, exhaust vents, hvac filters etc
- wall marks, wash
- sweep and mop the floor
- hot water extraction of the carpets particularly if you have pets
- grease from the kitchen area including from inside the cabinets, top of the cabinets, oven, range hoods, filters, walls, splash back, bench tops etc
- soap scums and grouts from the bathroom
- wash the walls as required
- switch
- doors
- windows as much as accessible
- flyscreens
- balconey, deck etc
- oven racks
- moulds
- skirting boards
- tracks/rails for sliding doors/windows
- door frames/windows frames
- cobwebs behind the curtains, inside cabinets
- furniture (if furnished)
- tap fittings
- pick up hairs and debris from the drains drain holes
- patio, courtyard etc
- sweep the garage
